Because every transformation begins with rooted self-love: in your body, your relationships, and your voice.
My path into this work began with science: a BSc in Nutritional Science from the University of Vienna, followed by further study in Integrative and Functional Nutrition and foundational training in Naturopathy in Hungary. Yet my curiosity was never satisfied by physiology and biochemistry alone. I wanted to understand not only how the body functions, but why we think, feel, heal, and disconnect the way we do. That search led me beyond science and into the wisdom of ancient traditions.
I traveled to Rishikesh, India, to complete a 200 hour Hatha Yoga and Ayurveda teacher training, and later to Bali for a 300 hour Tantra Yoga teacher training with the School Yoga Institute. Along the way, I realized that science and spirituality are not opposing paths but complementary lenses through which we can understand human health. The deeper I explored, the more I found that true nourishment exists where evidence based science meets embodied wisdom.
Today, my work integrates nutrition science, somatic and nervous system practices, and the timeless teachings of yoga and tantra. I am currently deepening my studies as an NLP Practitioner, a Somatic Practitioner, and in female specific hormone and metabolic health because I believe learning is a lifelong practice, and as we evolve, so should the way we support others. But underneath all of it, the work always comes back to the same root: helping a woman find her way back to loving and trusting herself first.
